1. Design Stage

2. Production Stage

After the design has been finalized, the production phase commences. Melamine, a high-quality resin, is the primary material used. Unlike other plastics, once molded, melamine permanently retains its shape.

Shunhao Factory employs a hydraulic press to shape the melamine plates. These presses generate immense pressure, capable of exerting up to 300 tons molding machine of force with a single push. The melamine powder compound is placed in the mold, and the top part of the mold is pressed down by the hydraulic press. Under this tremendous pressure, the resin is formed and transformed into a solid state, without the need for excessive heat.

When the hydraulic press is lifted, the result is a solid and glossy melamine plate or bowl, perfectly molded into the desired shape.

3. Adding the Finishing Touches
